Gustavo Duque

Chair

Professor Gustavo Duque is a renowned geriatrician and biomedical scientist specializing in age-related bone loss, osteoporosis, sarcopenia, osteosarcopenia, and frailty in older individuals. He researches the mechanisms, therapies, and biomarkers for these conditions, with a focus on the impact of vitamin D, exercise, and proteins on bone and muscle mass.

Anna Andrianova

Team Manager, Project Manager – Responding Geriatrician

Anna Andrianova is a social worker and PhD candidate at Université Laval, specializing in family caregiving and aging. At Schouela CEDurable, she coordinates caregiver-support and geriatric innovation projects that help translate evidence into better practices in care and support for older adults and family caregivers across Québec’s health and social services system and community organizations, while informing research and training with academic partners.
