ICOPE (Integrated Care for Older People) – Canadian Adaptation
ICOPE is a WHO initiative aimed at improving care for older adults by focusing on intrinsic capacity—the combination of an individual's physical and mental capacities. Canada has adapted the ICOPE model to align with its own healthcare context and includes an application for self-assessment in development).
